Float & Flow (sup Yoga):
The good Lord supplies the beautiful Sound & sunshine and we supply the boards & instruction! This is a game
changer & you absolutely need to do this when visiting Emerald Isle in the summer!
Stand-up paddle board yoga classes are seasonal. Weekly and private classes begin in late spring & we wrap up the 2019 regular weekly schedule on 08/23/19. Pre-registration is required. Please contact Ann-marie (910) 352-5059 or Christina @ (910) 265-4129.

9:00am: Coastal Flow w/ Heide
9:00am: Gentle yoga stretch w/ Christina
9:00am: Morning Vinyasa w/ rotated staff
All regularly scheduled classes are $12 ($10 if cash/check) unless otherwise stated.
Punch passes are available at a discounted rate.
