All regularly scheduled classes are $15/drop-in (cash) or otherwise stated.
Punch passes available:
$105 for 10 visits ($5 off if cash/check)
$65 for 5 visits ($5 off if cash/check)

Float & Flow (sup Yoga):
The good Lord supplies the beautiful Sound & sunshine and we supply the boards & instruction! This is a game changer & you absolutely need to do this when visiting Emerald Isle in the summer!
Weekly & private classes begin June 3 and we wrap up the 2020 regular weekly schedule on 08/26/20.
