6pm - Boxing & HIIT workout w/ Coach Nikki

Thursday:

5:30pm:  Boot Camp w/ Otis 

Friday:

Beach day - go getcha some Vitamin D :)

Saturday: 

7:30am:  Alternating - Boxing & HIIT workout w/ Coach Nikki

All regularly scheduled classes are $15/drop-in (cash) or otherwise stated. 

Punch passes available:

$105 for 10 visits ($5 off if cash/check)

$65 for 5 visits ($5 off if cash/check)

Float & Flow (sup Yoga):   

   The good Lord supplies the beautiful Sound & sunshine and we supply the boards & instruction!  This is a game  changer & you absolutely need to do this when visiting Emerald Isle in the summer!   

Weekly & private classes begin June 3 and we wrap up the 2020 regular weekly schedule on 08/26/20.
